About these terms
This website introduces Prodigy Stdio and our work. Prodigy Stdio is an independent web studio based in Chicago, operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Website operator: Tarik Skender.
These terms concern the website. A project’s services and commercial terms are set out separately in an agreement identifying the contracting parties.
Enquiries & projects
Preparing or downloading a brief does not send an enquiry, place an order, book a call or create a project agreement. Email links open your email application; you decide whether to send the message. An external calendar booking is completed with the calendar provider.
Any project proposal should set out the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revisions, ownership, cancellation and any hosting, maintenance or support arrangements. A conversation, budget selection or example on this website does not replace that agreement.
Website content
Project showcases and interface demonstrations illustrate the work and design approach. Sample screens are not statements of a client’s actual revenue, orders or performance. We do not promise particular business results from the examples shown.
Text, artwork, photographs, logos and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights held by Prodigy Stdio, clients or other owners. Respect those rights when using or sharing material. You may link to our public pages; other uses remain subject to permission or rights provided by law.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or use its features to transmit harmful material.
We aim to keep the information accurate and the website available, but content and availability may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External services
External websites, email services and booking providers operate under their own terms and privacy information. Read those before providing information or completing a booking.
See our Privacy & Cookies notice for how this website handles project briefs and display preferences.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms when the website or services change. The date above identifies this version. Changes to a signed project agreement are governed by that agreement.
