Your project brief
The brief form asks for your name and email, an optional phone number, and your business type, budget range and timeline. Your entries are held in this page’s memory. Reviewing or downloading the brief does not send those entries to Prodigy Stdio, book a call or subscribe you to marketing.
The form does not save your entries in cookies or local storage. A downloaded brief is a text file on your device; you choose whether to keep, delete or share it. Your browser may separately offer autofill or save downloads according to your browser settings.
When you choose “Send your brief”, the details in your brief are sent from this website to our inbox at hello@prodigystdio.com. We use them to reply to you about your project. The message is delivered by our email delivery provider, Resend.
The “Email your brief” link opens an email draft in your chosen email application. You decide whether to send it. If you send it, we receive the information in that message and your sender details.
If you contact us directly, we use the information you choose to share to respond and discuss your requested project. Depending on the circumstances, this is to take steps toward a contract at your request, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. It does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing.
Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics. Fonts and website images are served with the site.

- Choose Auto to follow your device’s theme. Remove this website’s saved data in your browser settings to clear the stored preference. If storage is blocked, the selector still works for the current page.

- Remember your answer to the cookie notice, so it is not shown on every page. It holds only that answer and when you gave it.

- Use “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page to see the notice again, or remove this website’s saved data in your browser settings.
We treat these two items as functional storage. They are not used to identify or track you. Advertising and analytics are not installed, so the cookie notice informs rather than asks. If our use of storage or tracking changes, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required, before any optional storage is used.
Hosting & security
Loading a website connects your browser to its hosting provider. Technical information such as your IP address, requested page, request time and browser information may be processed to deliver pages, troubleshoot errors and protect the service. Our legitimate interest is operating a secure and reliable website.
Hosting provider: Cloudflare.
Hosting log retention is being confirmed with the provider.
Your rights & contact
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
